Sole and Ntsiki unexpected teamwork in Houston, Texas, marked the start of a meaningful journey that goes beyond borders and inspires people. We're honoured to represent Ntsiki Biyela's special wines in France, showing her talent and commitment to making excellent wines. Ntsiki Biyela, a respected Black female winemaker in South Africa, started Aslina Wines in 2016, drawing inspiration from her grandmother's wisdom. Each bottle of Aslina reflects Biyela's strong spirit and determination to succeed. Her decision to make her own wines was inspired by working with Helen Kiplinger, a pioneering winemaker from California, as part of Mika Bulmash's Wine for the World project.
