- 6.2 Payment Methods: Clients can pay via the web directly, Apple Pay, Payment by bank transfer will delay shipping until funds are received.

7. Customer Service, Withdrawal, and Warranties

- 7.2 Withdrawal: Clients have 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without penalty, except for return shipping fees.

ARTICLE 6: PRICES AND PAYMENT

6.2. Payment Method
- Payments can be made using VISA, MC, wire transfer.
- For card payments, the publisher does not access the client's payment details, as payments are processed directly by the bank.
- Delivery timelines for cheque, mandate, or bank transfer payments begin only after payment has been received.
6.3. Invoicing
- The publisher will send an invoice electronically after each payment, and the client agrees to receive invoices this way.
6.4. Non-Payment
- Any delay in payment incurs late penalties at a rate three times the legal interest rate, along with a €40 recovery fee and an additional 20% penalty on the outstanding amount.
- The publisher may also terminate the contract in case of non-payment.
6.5. Retention of Ownership
- Products remain the property of the publisher until full payment is received.
